My family made one last visit to our local Toys R Us yesterday.  It was nearly empty so I would be surprised if it stays open until Friday.   News was announced yesterday that former CEO Jerry Storch will attempt a reboot of Toys R Us if he can line up investors and obtain intellectual property rights.  Check out the article below:
